Design Your Own Personalized Clear Cast Pen

Custom clear cast pens!

Do you have a logo, picture or something else you would like on your pen? Are you looking for a custom and unique gift look no further.

I can create a custom clear cast blank with a design of your choice that will be turned into a 1 of a kind pen.

The process will start with me creating the label on the computer and then cutting it out and wrapping it around the pen tube. Once the label is on the tube then I will cast it in Alumilite resin to create the blank. This process will take about 1 week as I like to let the blank cure for a week before turning it. Once the blank has cured I will then hand turn the blank to make the body of your custom pen. I will then hand sand and polish the blank to a nice smooth feel and crystal clear finish to really make your design pop. I will then check all the components again to ensure a flawless fit.

I currently offer 2 models of pens for the clear castings.

Option 1: Twist style pen in Gold or Chrome.

Option 2: Click style pen in Chrome and Gun Metal. This pen has an all metal Schmidt SKM 88 click mechanism.

The Schmidt SKM 88 is a popular knock, or push button, for pens. It has a wide diameter and an all-metal design that makes it a popular choice.

All pens take a Parker style refill
